AWWA-C213-22熔结环氧树脂涂层钢管表面处理：

一、Surface imperfections / 表面缺陷

Surface imperfections, such as burrs, gouges, and weld spatter, shall be removed by filing or grinding, or otherwise corrected to prevent holidays in the applied coating or lining.

表面缺陷，如毛刺、划痕和焊接飞溅，应通过锉削或打磨去除，或以其他方式修正，以防止施工的涂层或衬里中出现针孔。

二、Cleaning / 清理

The surface shall be cleaned of all oil, grease, dirt, and other foreign matter prior to blast cleaning.

在喷砂清理前，应清除表面所有油污、油脂、污垢和其他异物。

三、Blast cleaning / 喷砂清理

The surface shall be blast cleaned in accordance with SSPC-SP10/NACE No. 2, Near-White Metal Blast Cleaning. The surface shall have a uniform matte finish and be free of all visible oil, grease, dirt, mill scale, rust, oxides, paint, and other foreign matter.

表面应按照SSPC-SP10/NACE No. 2《近白色金属喷砂清理》进行喷砂清理。表面应具有均匀的哑光光洁度，且无所有可见的油污、油脂、污垢、氧化皮、铁锈、氧化物、油漆和其他异物。

四、Surface profile / 表面粗糙度

1、Minimum profile / 最小粗糙度

The surface profile shall be within the range 2.0–4.0 mil (51–102 µm) measured in accordance with ASTM D4417.

表面粗糙度应在2.0–4.0密耳（51–102微米）范围内，按照ASTM D4417测量。

2、Additional cleaning considerations / 额外清理注意事项

Cleaning shall be performed when the metal temperature is more than 5°F (3°C) above the dew point. Grounding of the equipment may be performed to mitigate the attraction of dust from static electricity. Preheating to remove moisture may be used.

清理应在金属温度高于露点5°F（3°C）以上时进行。设备可接地以减轻静电对灰尘的吸引。可使用预热去除水分。

五、Air blow off / 空气吹扫

Contaminant-free compressed air shall be used to blow the dust, grit, or other foreign matter from the prepared substrate of the pipe in a manner that does not affect the cleaned surface, other cleaned pipe, or pipe to be coated or lined. Vacuum cleaning or other methods may be used in place of compressed air if approved by the purchaser.

应使用无污染物的压缩空气，以不影响已清理表面、其他已清理管子或待涂层或衬里管子的方式，吹除管子制备基底上的灰尘、磨料或其他异物。经购买方批准，可使用真空清理或其他方法代替压缩空气。

六、Protection from moisture and contaminants / 防潮和防污染

Cleaned pipe surfaces shall be protected from condensation, moisture, rainfall, frost, snow, and other contaminants. Flash rust or other contamination that occurs before coating or lining shall be removed by additional blast cleaning.

已清理的管子表面应防止凝结、水分、降雨、霜冻、雪和其他污染物。涂层或衬里前出现的浮锈或其他污染应通过额外的喷砂清理去除。
